毕业典礼 is the ceremony in which 学位s are conferred and celebrates the achievement of the students who have graduated or will soon graduate during the academic year.

Custom doctoral regalia must be ordered by March 17, 2024 (最后期限了)

Please note that this is not automatically used for your diploma. An approved preferred first name may be used on a diploma if requested by the graduating candidate on their 毕业申请, otherwise, the primary (legal) name will be used.

All graduating students planning to participate in the in-person ceremonies must register in advance to attend starting 2024年4月8日上午9点.m. PT until April 26, 2024, at 5 p.m. PT.
Graduating students who register to participate during the registration period will be able to reserve up to 7 guest tickets. Please note that 毕业典礼 guest tickets are free and cannot be bought or sold. Under no circumstance should an exchange of money occur for tickets. Tickets that are bought or sold will be invalidated by the University.
All guests 3 years of age and older will require a ticket to attend 毕业典礼 and enter the venue. Children 2 and under can attend 毕业典礼 without a ticket, provided they sit on an adult's lap and do not occupy a seat.
Bachelor's and Master's Degree Regalia Purchase

2024年春天, the 毕业办公室 will start to submit the names of the eligible graduating students to the 毕业典礼的办公室 for inclusion in the 2024 毕业典礼 ceremonies. Graduating candidates must make any updates to their contact information in 得到 by March 8, 2024, to ensure receipt of 毕业典礼-related notices.
2024年毕业典礼, the 加州大学洛杉矶分校 email address, 备用电邮地址, and the mailing address listed on the graduating candidate's 得到 account is the information that will be used for the following:
- 毕业典礼 registration and ticketing (only 加州大学洛杉矶分校 email address*)
- 毕业典礼 notifications and reminders (加州大学洛杉矶分校 email address and 备用电邮地址)
- 毕业典礼 photography (加州大学洛杉矶分校 email address, 备用电邮地址, and mailing address)
*For Doctor of Nursing Practice candidates, the primary university email address on file will be used.
毕业申请
The 毕业申请 is used by the student to notify the university that they are ready to complete their 学位 program. All coursework for the 学位 program must be completed prior to the award date (end of term). 学生 will not be able to register beyond the expected graduation term so it is critical that the 毕业申请 be accurate at the time of filing.
Important Notice from the 毕业典礼的办公室
Graduating from the University and participating in 毕业典礼 are two different things.
Graduating students for fall 2023, 2024年冬, 2024年春季, and summer 2024 are eligible to participate in 2024年毕业典礼. 学生 who have re-applied to graduate this academic year but have already participated in a 毕业典礼 ceremony previously for the same 学位 are not eligible to participate again.
All graduating students planning to participate in the in-person ceremonies must register in advance to attend. Online registration will start on 2024年4月8日上午9点.m. (PT), and end on April 26, 2024, at 5 p.m. (PT).
Spring 2024 毕业申请 Deadline for Master's and Doctoral Degrees
